Attachment-Focused Virtual Couples Therapy in Boston, MA and Throughout Massachusetts
Repair. Reconnect. Rebuild—Together.
You sit next to each other on the couch, but the space between you feels miles wide.
You’ve had the same conversation over and over… Sometimes loud and fiery, sometimes just a long silence. Maybe you're exhausted from trying to fix it. Maybe you're wondering if you even can.
If you’re here, you might be feeling raw, guarded, scared, or even numb. You love each other, but you're tired. And you're starting to wonder how much longer you can keep going like this.
You’re not alone. And your relationship isn’t beyond repair.
I work with couples who are hurting, but still hoping.
I Help Couples Who Are:
Struggling to reconnect after years of slow emotional drift
Stuck in cycles of blame, silence, or shutdown
Recovering from betrayal or ruptured trust
Fighting about small things that hold big, unspoken pain
Longing for intimacy but scared of getting hurt—again
And I help partners who don’t know how to talk about it anymore, but who still want to try.
A Therapist Who Understands How You Got Here:
This didn’t start yesterday.
Your reactions—your reactivity, your withdrawal, your need to control or fix—are all adaptations. They're old strategies your nervous systems built to protect you.
You're not “bad at relationships.”
You’re doing what your body has learned to do when it’s scared, hurt, or disconnected.
Together, we’ll make space for all of that.
Gently.
Honestly.
And with compassion for both of you.
My Approach: Attachment-Focused. Body-Aware. Transformational.
I blend science, depth, and heart in our work. Here's what that means:
Relational Life Therapy (RLT)
A powerful model for cutting through unhelpful patterns while building accountability, empathy, and connection. You’ll learn to name what’s true, listen without defense, and fight for the relationship, not just within it.
Somatic Practices
Most of what drives conflict lives under the surface. We work with the body—your breath, posture, nervous system cues—to help you feel safe enough to be real again. This isn’t just talking. It’s remembering how to feel.
Attachment Work
You'll learn how your early relational templates shape your current dynamic—and how to create a new experience of safety and love in real time, together.
Session Details:
Clients must be 18+ and be physically present in Massachusetts during sessions

This is Brave and Often Scary Work—But It’s Worth It
You won’t leave therapy with a script. You’ll leave with something deeper:
The ability to stay—even when it’s hard.
A relationship that feels like a safe place to land.
The knowing, in your bones, that you're on the same team again.
You don’t have to keep surviving this alone. You can repair what’s been wounded and rebuild trust, connection, and hope.
