Virtual Breathwork for Collective Healing

We are all moving through an extraordinary amount of daily stress — in our homes, at work, and in the world around us. This breathwork session is an invitation to pause, release, and reconnect with yourself and the collective energy we all share.

During this 90-minute gathering, we will begin with gentle grounding and reflection, followed by a 50-minute guided breathwork journey designed to help your body and nervous system unwind. We will close with space for integration, allowing you to anchor whatever arises with presence and compassion.

Come as you are — with your stress, your emotions, your hope, and your heart. You do not need prior experience, only the willingness to breathe and be.
